I am Amélia Dias, Creabolsa, based in Lux, reachable at creabolsamelia21@gmail.com and 0622293726. I offer handmade items and accessories for sale on this site.

Article 2 – Orders

You can place your order directly through my website. All orders imply acceptance of these terms and conditions. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or payment issue.

Article 3 – Price

The prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of validation.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online via credit cards and PayPal. The order is payable in full upon validation.

Article 5 – Delivery

I commit to delivering the products within the timeframe indicated on the dedicated delivery page. Delivery costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Article 6 – Cancellation and Returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 – Warranty and Liability

The products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. I cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

I collect and process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
